The group had been on the travel for three days and nights, as they tried to keep up with the Fox and her son, Riz. Talia was looking a bit more tired, but keeping up alright, at night trying to spend as much time as close to Eilik as possible, and at day spending time making sure Keiyra was out of the sun. Over head as they moved was Xon, carrying Derius carefully along, as they neared the mountain. It was going on night fall now, the group just gotten done with half a day's travel through the throat's grasp, the shallow dusty mountains that led up to the monster that set at it's center. The mountains were large but none as large as the Titan's throat, it pillared into the sky seemingly endlessly, no living man claims to ever have seen the peak.
The group was walking through the dirt sand colored mountain trail, climbing closer to the ramp of the broken, a slide of sandy rock road that led up into a womb of the mountain, where the shine lied under the protection of the mountain spikes. It was a rather drafty evening through these parts, the winds coming off the hills and cliff faces were harsh, but luckily the path was down within the mountain's protection, above is where the winds spiked, and Xon carried over head, his wings out as their bellows caught onto updrafts, he simply hung there, like a floating bird, he didn't flap once, until he wanted to go in a different direction, this mountain range was famous for the dragons and many birds coming here to enjoy the drafts.
As the group walked through the rather large walk way, large enough to fit two great bear spirits to walk through at a time, many of them seemed winded, or well, at least Talia did, as she trailed behind a bit, letting go of Keiyra for the evening since the sun was down below the rise. The road was so dusty, in a sandy brushed color, a trail walked many times in the past, but it was rittled with rocks and small boulders that had fallen in over time, none blocked the path, but Talia was glad she was wearing shoes for once.
