Title: The Arrival

The day shone bright, though the sky over the town seemed to darken a bit, though it could just be the clouds passing over the sun as a lone figure walks into town, hands stuffed into pockets in his jacket, hood pulled over the long, onix-colored hair. various eyes peered over at him as he walked, this man was strange, they were uncertain of him, especially of the odd gas mask he wore on his face. The mouth portion was there, but the broken thing seemed to be missing the right ee of it, it seemed to have broken years ago, and instead a bright blue eye peered out. While the lens of the other glowed a dark red.

He walks at a brisk pace, of course having a mission as he walked up to the inn, passing briskly through the beginning business day crowd. He walks up to the counter, placing a hand upon the counter. "I'd like some additional services." He would ask, a cold voice, though it was strange. it appeared to not be muffled, as if he was talking without anything in front of his mouth. The bartender blinks, "Er well, the girls would be intimidated I think." The man tilts is head a bit, giving him a look with the eye hidden behind the tinted glass. He moves his hand over the counter, a few solid nuggets were there when they hadn't been before.

"All of your girls please." The man blinks, nearly dropping the glass that he had been cleaning, he nods, "Er yes...Uh, second floor, first room, I'll send them up." He is responded to by a brief nod while the hooded man turns away, he suddenly stops, before turning back, "Oh, and some Earl Grey Tea."

The barkeep nods, of course, with that much gold. He smirks to himself, big day today was, he was going to treat his son later, oh how he'd be happy about that, it was his birthday after all. He looks back up to the man to ask about cream or sugar, but it would appear he had already managed to get to the room, oh well.

In the room the man would settle, pulling his hood down he shook his head, some of his messy black hair falling in front of his face. He brushes it behind his ear as the girls started coming in, there were only a few it seems, some of them had avoided him. Oh well. He stands from his seat, motioning them inside as one of them brings a teapot and cup, eagerly he grabs them, pouring a cup, and gets to work.

An hour later the barkeep notices the man walking down the stairs, he smiles, "How was it? Anything else I could get you sir?" The man blinks, peering over before shaking his head, "No thank you, a fine establishment you've got here, wonderful service, I'll be sure for a repeat visit." He nods, his one eyes told a small smile that played in them. Waving the man out the barkeep went back to work, humming happily to himself.

As the man left the building he produces a cigarette from nowhere, pulling the gas mask up slightly he sticks it into his mouth, taking a drag as he walks. He exhales before snapping his fingers. The building explodes in a display of fire and the smell of sulfur. People scream as it collapses. The building implodes from its damages earlier and the explosion. The man keeps on walking.

"Xenith, why do you keep forgetting your tea?"
